Mana uses a strengths-based approach to youth development, with mentors building supportive and positive relationships with rangatahi to create Individualised Action Plans in order to achieve their goals.
We recognise the paramount importance of acknowledging and incorporating cultural identity and values when working with rangatahi and their whānau.
Through the development and implementation of an Individualised Action Plan, the mentor will endeavour to support and motivate rangatahi to improve their overall wellbeing and increase their attendance and engagement with their learning environment.
