Overview
Sometimes things happen that are unexpected, and you need to activate an emergency support service. Examples include but are not limited to:
Unexpected incidents with the client e.g. Assault of caregiver.
Team members unavailable due to accident, injury, family emergency, or bereavement.
Additional support required due to heightened client.
How can we help?
We maintain a bench of experienced Youth Workers (Kaimahi) who are available 24×7 at 6 hours call-up notice.
Our emergency hotline is available 24×7 or you can text the 027 number at the bottom of the page.
We have a network of Youth Workers (Kaimahi) across the North Island.
What will it cost?
Our pricing varies based on several criteria. When you contact us, we will let you know the costs of the services you require and send everything to you in a clear email to confirm.
Do you provide emergency housing?
We are in the process of building a network of housing options and currently have a limited supply available at any given time. We can discuss options when we receive your service request.
